On Friday, August 10, the WSPD and the WS Police Foundation held their annual Back to School backpack and school supplies giveaway. This year, 1,600 backpacks were distributed at four locations across the city. The locations included the three WSPD District Stations as well as the Winston Mutual Building on East Fifth Street.
