One of the Police Department’s 2015 Domestic Violence Awareness initiatives was the creation of its own Silent Witnesses. Silent Witnesses are life size wooden silhouettes that represent someone who lost their life to domestic violence.

On July 25th, several members of the Winston-Salem Police Department’s Community Resouce Unit sponsored a night out to the WS Dash game at BB&T Ballpark. By the looks of the photos, a good time was had by all! This event is one of many that the Community Resouces Unit facilitates throughout the year to foster realtionships in our city.
